70 million individual generators multiply by the amount of carbon monoxide each releases into the air. Are you still wondering why Nigerians die so much? 28 Likes 3 Shares |

Ali must mandate officials to go from house to house to check for "GENERATOR IMPORT DUTY". We can't afford to lose such valuable income, as some of these gens may have been smuggled Members of the public must be sensitized on the need to open their gates for custom officials and present them with their original custom papers for each generator set they possess. While at it, customs may then proceed to check all other imported items in your abode for any illegality. Do be patient with them, as they wpuld need to perform a thorough check on things like your light bulbs, fixtures, toasters, microwave, aircondioners, video games, television sets, clothing, jewelry... Smuggling is a very serious issue in Nigeria and the consumer is to be blamed. 14 Likes 4 Shares |

The health implications of the usage of these generators are my own concern! Imagine the amount of carbon monoxide that will be released into the air and people will be inhaling them at home, in the office, along the road, everywhere! And we say we have government! Why won't be continuous record of unexplainable causes of incessant deaths in the country 17 Likes 1 Share |

Nigerians live in a useless country...ruled by an idiot. Nigerians themselves are so stupid that nobody question anything....is this right? We have been programmed to insult NEPA and then switch to generator....instead of us to ask "is this right"? Even God couldn't function in darkness. The first thing he said was "let there be light". No country can develop with stable power..Nigeria can't be an exception. 26 Likes 2 Shares |
