This is how it works . . .a K-1 Visa is issued to a foreigner to enter the United States and marry his/her United States sponsor within 90 days of arrival, if this does not happen, the Visa is revoked and the foreigner returns back to his/her country of origin.
If the guy gave correct and accurate info during the filing process, all he needs to do is make a report that they can no longer get married and she will be on the next flight back to Naija and her 2-face of a father will be on ground to pick her up at the airport with the same car the guy sent to the family.

The girl didn't do it right.

What they do is get married quickly within days then promptly run into a wall, call 911 and claim domestic violence.

She'll then be qualified to remove conditions on her own due to domestic violence and then she'll be free to marry the other guy after an annulment.
