First of all, Dino has not led or presented evidence to show that Dino Melaye is the same as Jonah Daniel Melaye. Claiming to have an affidavit of change of name is not sufficient. In the eyes of the law, they are different entities. Over to Apostle. 'Truth' is a valid defence or justification for defamation in law. The lady has presented a photograph which is left for photographic experts and the court to determine if they were doctored. She claims to still have more evidence and no one can tell what is up her sleeves. I am not holding brief for any party in this messy saga. I think it will be best to let all this drama drift away from public glare and space like others before it, e.g. Faruk Lawal [Farukgate], COZA Man etc. The more the try to salvage whatever is left of their image, the more they are marred with more scandals. Truth be told, however way this two scandals end, the Apostle and Melaye are forever tainted in the mind of most Nigerians.
