Filed for her is not green card. Na so green card easy. She is on a one entry visa. Its called a fiancée visa. She most get married within 90 days or so to who filed for her. Even after marriage she will only get a 2 years permanent residency after which she has to proove that they are still legally married and stat together before she can be given 5 years green card. As it is now, all the guy needs.to do is get are exact location and report her to homeland and ICE. She will ve on her way home. ...with a 5 years ban!
