What our thieving leaders have taken from us are many. I don't see many people with hobbies in Nigeria. There;s no extra money or time to indulge.

On a serious note, we have good cars in Ibadan and it's environs too. I don't do Lagos and I'm sure Abuja will be same as Lagos for me.

Kenya's (east Africa) matatu bus culture get's it. We are unnecessarily proud in Nigeria and we ain't as shyte as we used to be so I don't get it.

The art of ‘Car Tahjir’ or filling rocks and stones under a car or truck practiced by Saudi youth has drawn the attention of the outside world through social media. New York Daily News recently did a feature on this hobby considering it an uncommon art-form invented by Saudis.

This unconventional art is a popular hobby among the adventurous Saudi youth despite the disapproval of some critics that it is good only for taking photos and then the work is dismantled after hard work for several hours, without any benefit from it to anyone.

The artist arranges loose rocks and stones in the form of a pedestal platform and mount the car on it. Pieces of stone are filled even at the place of tires.

Firmly fixing the car on a platform of loose stones is a precarious task. The stones have to be arranged artistically with utmost care to avoid the heavy vehicle sliding down or overturning or making the loose pedestal tumbling down spoiling the show.
