I also evaluated my ACCA membership as Bimpsy99 did. Although my membership certificate was not ready as at then but ACCA sent them my academic records and transcript. I have a friend in a similar situation but yet to get response from WES. I think you should still search online. It will all end in praise by God grace. browndoll: |

Hello house Quick question pls First of all pardon my silent mode. Secondly, hubby's passport is expiring in October and being that it's already within 6months time frame, it's likely that our application will still be in process on or before expiration. Now my question is, before final submittion of application post-ITA, how does one go about adding a new passport information into one's profile? Do we have to wait till they request for more documents? I know this question most likely has been answered before, my apologies |

40manlappy: Oh! So after they send a mail that they've received your documents they are to send another that it's in line for processing? I better call then then, cos it's been 3 weeks since they sent the received documents mail and we haven't received any one stating in line for processing. Ok, I just re read my mail and it states it's now in line for processing. Phew! 1 Like |

Also please I need more clarification. My husband has 2 degrees. Would like to select the part that states 2post secondary certificates. Please is it necessary to send transcripts and certificates for the 2 degrees or to just send one and then indicate on education that he has an extra degree If one is just evaluated and we indicate that he has a 2nd degree on education will it increase to the part of 2 post secondary certificate? If I just evaluate want one to be evaluated, do I need to indicate in Wes form that he has 2 degrees? Thanks |

Lochinny: If you evaluate only one degree and it's found to be equivalent to a Canadian degree, you get points for only that one degree. If you want more points, evaluate both degrees and hope the ECA states they are equivalent to Canadian degrees. Wether you evaluate 1 degree or the 2, it's the same cost. |

optionese: I'm sorry, I guess I'm anxious. It's not yet 3 weeks, next week would make it 3. A mail was sent to my hubby on March 22 stating it was in line for processing. A mail was sent to me that it was in line for processing on March 30. Our documents arrived IQAS same day March 20. but it took dem 8 days after my husband's mail to acknowledge mine. Don't know why Waiting to see if they will keep to their 15 working days rule. |

3am Osemigho: My guess is right. Go to the express entry forum. You have a better chance there. Virgin passport isn't a consideration and based on my calculations, if you and wife score very high in English test plus evaluate your certificates (they don't care about the grade), you would probably have been invited to apply for permanent residency some weeks ago. So, go to where your chances are high, read from page 0 and start the process soon. Prepare very well and ace the English test! I mean, you and wife should score very high, perhaps overall 9 in IELTS General test. Edited: Another option, if your low score fear is stronger than your ability to study for English test, and if you wife have many years of experience, let's say above 3-4years in Edu, is for her to go through the graduate certificate or masters in education route. I think Brandon Univeristy offer something like that. After then, you may be thinking of SOWP, then your family PR after 1 year of Canadian experience, etc. There are several options you need to read adequately for. By the way, I am almost 10years younger than you. Please, drop the bros, Sir, boss, etc. All the best. @Osemigho, all.,gurus 1. Do you know having family in Canada is marks in assement. 2. Do you know getting job offer is mark 3. Do yo know being nominated by a province is mark 4. So if one does not have all these one is just wasting his or time doing one IELTS . I don't have all these three thing above 1-3 that can increase my mark in the poool Though I have good working experience 6years work exp. NOC class A job + B.eng + M.eng +36year Age. mechanical engineering Tax clearance etc My wife I 3rd class industrial chemistry, federal university 32 years age + 2yrs work experience in nursery n pry. We both have 2 children . both less than 3yrs Pls your advise more, give me the link for EE |

folamingo: Merge with POF. You can do a LOE first on the front page listing the doc. That are attached to your POF in the order they are following. Make it easy for the VO to follow your app logically. |

Hi Vcole, I was under the impression its only the bank account and investments accounts contributing to the POF that are required. In any case, can one still provide these other statements to IRCC post AOR? And how does one go about it. Thank you. [quote author=vcole post=55267074] On the issue of POF and bank letters and bank accounts. Please note that the IRCC states that a bank letter for ALL bank accounts of the principal applicant detailing the average balance over a period of 6 months and stating that there are no loans, etc etc is required. in Nigeria, since most banks do not issue letters in the IRCC format, a reference letter from your bank (s) in whatever format they routinely issues alongside a 6 months' bank statement has proven sufficient thus far. So, for all who have questions as regards what to submit if POF is in t bills, FD, etc etc etc. Please note the ALL above and be guided.....submit your other accounts ....ref letters and bank statements alongside other evidence of POF in FD or Tbills. |

Hello house. Please I have a question about PCC. For PCC from other countries (say those who did FBI or UK PCC), must it be stamped or the signature is enough? The Angolan PCC we got does not have a stamp or seal, just the authorizing signature. Thanks for your help. 1 Like |

TDELTD: 1. They shouldn't. Stating you worked for them for a period of 2 years is fine. If your letter states two years working with company X and under personal history, it states that of the two years, you worked with NYSC for a year....you'll end up complicating your application. It's simple really.....you worked for company X for two years. I'm also assuming the company paid you throughout the period, so attach your payslip and bank statement as well. Kindly seek a second opinion though. 2. Please if you have any questions, just ask here so others can contribute. I rarely open this thread and I'm certain there are several knowledgeable people willing to help. Apologies for the late reply. |

vcole: Great post vcole. Just to add that you don't necessarily need to show all your bank accounts. If one bank accounts shows the necessary fund, then that's fine. If you have a different salary account and want to use it as supporting document for employment section, you can upload that too. |

E-family, any idea if there would be a draw today or this week? What is IRCC's cutoff time on each day of the draw i.e. specific time from which your profile must be active to be eligible for ITA? Looping: Gymme, 00DE00, vcole, Beem4cupid 2 Likes |

This is super-amazing! I think IRCC is determined to be unpredictable. Congratulations to all recipients. Might have missed today's ITA by a few hours no thanks to wifey's ECA which just landed. I pray the score for the next draw remains low. Looping: Bimpsy99 1 Like |

merrymum: Oh my! You've got an Angolan PCC?! Oh my goodness! I've been thinking of how to go about getting one. I lived there about 2 yrs ago but I'm back in Nigeria now. How did you go about it? What documents were required of you? What's the cost? How long did it take? I'll appreciate if you can PM me your contact number or Facebook ID. I'm so relieved. You've just made my day. |
