He isn't a billionaire yet and so? Must he show his grievances the way some people re wont to ? ,people re different and so re their actions, and In my own opinion the way that he has gone about it suits him, makes him happy and makes him sleep well at night, so who re we to complain?

On a more serious note, customer protection service is dead in Nigeria and that is y the multi -nationals keep ripping us off because they know nothing would happen should we lay any complaints against them, not forgetting also that these multi-nationals dare not try 1/10th of the rubbish we condone in their home countries.
Why won't we condone rubbish? Nigeria is a commercial playground for the dirty. A country where multinational companies have little or no competition from local startups. They're King you know, and there's nothing we can do about it except to start creating our solutions

It's a pity honestly... All in the name of looking for investors, everything bad, ugly and nasty re forced down the throats of Nigerians...

The Lebanese, Indians and Chinese come to mind easily with their poor working conditions and environment, Nigerians re used like mules and donkeys...

Oh my goodness, GT Bank has always been a good bank. Maybe something went wrong. It's only that bank with a blue theme that is known for having excellent skills in ridiculous deductions and stealing of customer's money.

probably the person stumbled it upon by mistake. Did you report the case to your bank?

In the case of India and China, labour is cheap in those countries, they're overpopulated lipsrsealed

They like taking undue advantage of workers here but don't think that they don't pay for it, they pay for it in revenue to our useless government undecided

I'm still planning on what to do with Access bank. They will deduct N250+ every other week for service charge, and credit N20 as 'over charged' for service charges.

Access bank get ready, you will soon hear from me.

So hilarious
Hehehehe
Choiiiii. Some of their actions can be so annoying. Like MTN making you to unwittingly click ok to a value add service(e.g one for bible quites) you never planned to subscribe and they go on to send you a message that N100 has been deducted from your credit. Imagine when this happens to 1 million people?

I swear!! The guy foolishly lost on both sides. He list his money and spent over four hours on vendetta. The sheets he tore won't take anything away from the already made bank executives (more like taking a cup of water from a sea) but the guy wasted over four hours of his precious time on vendetta. Tell me what that is if not a second loss.. undecided grin cheesy

Nigeria is a useless country. I keep saying it. We have useless leaders who are insensitive and senseless. Nigerians do not mata to their leaders. They just go there to enjoy the "delicacies" of office. Imagine a country without consumer protection. I loaded Airtel of 200 naira yesterday just to make a call and bingo, they took 30 naira for what I don't know. They evn had the guts to congratulate me for taking my money to subscribe for what I don't know. May God punish Airtel abundantly for that thing they keep doing. May their offices catch fire and burn to ashes...like one small boy said recently, all Nigerian politicians deserve mass burial...

Bros you laid curse of £3million for N30 unfair charge.I'm sorry for Airtel.
