Hey guys. Is it really true that counting from the date of despatched to overseas excludes weekends? Singapore post just informed me. If i count from 26th of march excluding weekends when my phone was despatched i will get 9 days. They told me it takes 8-14 days to deliver from the day it was despatched. Help me out here because i have been counting weekends. I dont know how you guys count o.

At least, now I know the reason why.


If you pay directly with your card and your order gets cancelled, it's because the payment you made could not be verified.

This is because you didn't enter OTP/token code for verification, that is, the payment was successful once you entered your card details and the OTP page didn't load.
Usually happens in GTB.


So, if, for whatever reason your payment goes through without the OTP page loading, your order will most likely be cancelled days later.

If that happens, you should just cancel the order and try again, or, just fund your AliExpress Pocket and buy with it, that way you are in no danger of an order being cancelled.


TL;DR: if you're able take payment without entering an OTP, your card issuer (MasterCard or Visa) will think it's a fraudulent transaction and decline.
This occurs only if your card details are not saved on the site.
If your card details are saved on the shipping website/ app, you can make payments without OTP verification, but they'll ask for a different kind of verification eg Security, card number, etc.

I meant it had an additional charge of 3minutes in between and that's because I connected the phone to my pc

The phone doesn't come with an earpiece. I use a normal earpiece with the adapter and the sound is as good as you can get. Depends on the quality of the earpiece in use.
