Mine was N15k in 2003 as an accounts/admin officer of a private coy. I have done well in developing myself since then and earn a little below N500k today. when I'm done with the next phase of my self development, which will take up to 2 and half years from now, I will expect nothing less than N10m per annum. During my I.T. in 2007 ... I search everywhere for I.T. space dem no greee take me... GOD will punish Intercontinental Bank PLC... this silly bank called for interview.. after my cracking brain through out the night , the took the most beautiful girls for the 1year I.T. had to settle for one primary school and my pay was 5000. per month.. fast forward to 2017 ... Very important conversation. One of the challenges of new graduates is salary negotiaton. First job before NYSC was around 55k in 2010. First jobb after NYSC was around 60 in 2012.
