EFE's CAMPAIGN SPEECH

My name is Michael Efe, when we were asked here to come and seek for campaign e dey burst my kidney because I have been told several times say I no diplomatic, my way straight so to campaign and start saying things that are probably impossible based on realities, e dey hard me, the question that kept coming to my heart na who I be, like literally who I be?

I came in here as Efe so I would ask the question who is Efe? E dey burst my head. E dey burst my head, E dey burst my kidney so I would put it straight Efe is that boy that is from Delta state that grew up in Jos and is 24years old and a graduate of Economics no no no, that is not Efe. Efe na u Wey dey help ur mama to sell tomatoes for sttreet but swear say level go change, Efe na u Wey dey university but u no get money to pay other things like handouts, school fees dey show but u need to double ur hustle. Efe na u Wey get the kidney to go school but dem dey pursue u come back house.

Efe na that mother wey deprive herself of every luxury every pleasure to swear say her children go go school. Efe na u Wey dey watch dey ask say why he be like this for here. Efe na me because I be Nigerian and against all odds wherever I stand, I stand with my 2feet, I fall in this house based on street level, I no get nothing apart from my family and my friends( getting teary eyed) and I told myself I can never be pushed aside so when it comes to any task I die put. Na this house I don bleed nuh because say I like to bleed but because as far as I'm concerned na die we kon die put. So Efe na u wey dey watch wey dey ask why u need to vote for me the reason why u need to vote for me na because I be Nigerian.

Some of you wey dey watch as u dey watch this show u fit dey watch with your generator because say Nepa no bring light no mean say u no go bath, no me say u no go watch TV no mean say u no go read book or because road no good no mean say u no go comot for house or because rain dey fall no mean say u no go go your hustle. That is Efe. I was born to believe in who I am and I believe say u believe me na why I still dey here. I gave myself 3 weeks in this house but I'm in the final week because na where I believe myself reach but I dey here because u wey dey watch believe me, so who is Efe?Efe is any Nigerian that stands against all odds.

Efe is me that was brought up by a mum against all odds. Dem dey ask why Efe never cry till the 10th week(voice breaking,almost in tears) simply because I no believe say my family go reach where e reach. Today that name EJEBA stands out. So the question na how I wan kon dey beg again make you vote me to become the winner, I no know but I just dey tell you say for u nuh to gree for the level where u dey, that na Efe for you to stay up against all odds. You are EFE. For you to vote for Efe is because you are Efe. I am not me but I am Nigerian because no light...no water...no road, no steady finance for life...nothing steady but Efe still stand here.

I hustle oo, I try my best. Mile(Mum) dey tell me say to be great u need to go school so I put in my best. Scholarship money dey come(voice breaking) but dem dey use the money solve family problem for house(Just immediately the buzzer sounds for time out). Thank you very much.
