Victor Moses is showing just exactly why Chelsea have struggled in the past two matches without him......
He simply owns that wing/flank.... it is amazing he had to be injured before even Conte realised that nobody does it better than moses as RWB.

He was directly involved in the first goal as his wickedly sweet cross found Costa whose shot was deflected in by a Bournemouth player.... And now... Chelsea are already 2-0 up....

This is what I call "The Vic Effect" or The Moses Phenomenon... grin

It is defined as the situation whereby a player comes into the starting XI and things just start working out well for the team again.... smiley cheesy

Continue.

“Fabian has tremendous skill and energy and the fact that he has become a regular member of the England squad is further evidence of his progress over the past few seasons. At just 25 years old he still has his best years ahead of him.”...... Pelegrini

In the current way Delph plays, the keyword clearly missing is sleek. Energetic and skillful is totally different from owning the midfield with intelligent control, sleek passes and awareness.
Oh my.... TheGoodJoe, Delph have always been a sleek left footed player. Its Unbelievable you never watched him at Aston Villa.

Chelsea Loanee Omeruo Rated Highly In Turkish League Five Goal Thriller

Kenneth Omeruo posted a five star performance at the heart of Alanyaspor defence to help his side edge a five goal thriller 3-2 against Gaziantepspor in a top flight league game in Turkey.

In what is his fourth consecutive loan spell away from Stamford Bridge, Omeruo has grown in leaps and bounds this season, with the defender going as far as distinguishing himself as a defensive midfielder.

Omeruo who has also distinguished himself as a right back for the Nigeria national team in their last two games returned to his favourite role in central defence for his team, and played a huge role in helping his side survive a late onslaught from the home side.

Alanyaspor were comfortably ahead, leading by 3-0 before Gaziantepspor started a late rally with two goals in two minutes in the 87th and 90th minute respectively.

Gaziantepsor late attempt to grab something from the game brought out the best from the Chelsea loanee who marshaled the back line of his team to ensure they didn’t throw away two points.

Nonsense, he left because he couldn't deal with NFF incompetence. Now you can blame him for being naive to think the "Nigerian factor" he faced as a player would automatically vanish because Pinnick was at helm; to say he merely used naija as a stepping stone is wrong.

Incredible u call Sunday Oliseh naive. I am sure he also knew that Keshi had to go through the same mess and so did Siasia but they never left their own country high and dry. European coaches do it all the time so I don't think i have made an earth shattering comment.

should i skull you on it, under FLORA IGHALO was a lone striker with DEENEY supporting, from his back,

agreed he Ws out of form before, but under WALTER wat was his position

Walter started with the same formation, Ighalo still continued to mess up and he changed to 3-man defence but he always had two strikers up top. Even in the match they played today, Success was playing behind Okaka, so are you sure you watched their matches?

That's why I called him "naive". He should've expected not getting paid for months and the lack of funds. Don't think it's right to say he didn't want to improve our football

Naive can never be the word. Even the people sweeping the glass house know there is a chance they won't get paid talkless of a former captain. He knew he had already worked for fifa and all he needed was a job with Super Eagles on his CV. Egypt would have dropped him to a losing record, he could not take that chance. I wish him luck but i can't just sit back and play a fool.

You are talking another one now. I have watched Delph at Aston Villa watched most of his games for City. He is not sleek. You can not call a sleek player like Mikel and Pirlo energetic. The transformation is clear. His style of play is different.

Delph was not the kind of player I would look forward to watch. Now I do.

Simply put, you are unaware of his abilities not that he lacked quality.

Lefties are usually sleek, especially those playing in midfield. Delph is not doing anything he haven't done before.

He was never the kick and rush beast of burden kind of player. Fernando and Fernandinho are 10X more physical than Delph.

What does physicality have to do with the point? Mikel is one of the most sleek players in the game but he is very physical.

I have watched most of Delph's games for City and I am telling you that there is a big transformation in his game. You are trying to argue that one.

Pellegrini used energetic. I am telling you he has transformed from that and he is more controlling. Delph is moving from a Rakitic kind of player to a Busquet kind of player and you are saying that, Delph is not doing anything he has done before.

Delph was not sleek. Now he is sleek. His awareness has changed and he said it himself. Delph is telling something about himself and you want to argue it.
