- Sule does not need to provide anything unless really required in court. He is the accused. The accuser is the one that needs to show proof of the accusation.

- For me, convincing enough could be pictures of both of them at most of the places she talked about(not necessarily in bed having sex). A hired photographer or camera man can do this. And he does not need to stand 1m close to them to take the pictures or videos.
