Measured yesterday, 66kg and am 1.7m making my BMI to be 19.4, is that not a bit low? With the 19.5 to 24.5 range.

Why not lift weights small? Or do resistance training? It seems to me you are loosing both fat and muscle. Also up your protein intake to limit muscle loss.

Sir Tenderlaw, please I need ur urgent expertise here. My friend just discovered that his PCV is 39% which is 1% below the normal range for men. Is he good to go or should he start taking blood tonic now which may affect protein in his urine.

So, some people have still not signed the guarantors form after all these months. This is how folks screen themselves out.
Well, normal PCV for men is 40 to 54, for women it is 37 to 47. 39 is nothing to worry about. Normally, a value of below 35 will raise some questions, and below 30 will elicit definite concern. However, I don't know how strict they will be for the purpose of this screening.
