though I am not an architect but this is too much of an insult for architects in nigeria. You are posting architectural challenge for our architects and na lock up shop. chai. I thought they finally wanted to build a bomb/ plane crash resistant tallest building in nigeria right in the middle of Atlantic ocean on bar beach only to realise you are mocking them with a lock up shop and even boasting the winner will win a design contract for a lock up shop from you. Every architect that post design on this thread must be avoided for serious project design. They must be jobless, classless and probably, quacks.

Your brief infers this is a design competition. There are rules guiding such. Everyone wants quick and cheap designs without following the process.This leads to a poor quality built environment... And we wonder why our country is not like Dubai. Hello House,

I'm trying to design a "three-in-one" lock up store structure for the front side of my 120 by 60 piece of land in Ikorodu.

Beside the structure will be a standard entrance gate for cars and a pedestrian gate.

This structure is meant to be an improvement on a recent construction by one of our Nairaland Engineers (See picture attached).

The setback of the plot of land already has a four bedroom building yet to be put to use.

Please assist with 3D versions of the picture and a floor plan showing dimensions.

Let's learn and fathom the art of modern architecture.

There are rules guiding the process of a design competition in nigeria. And for those who participated in the so called competition, you just got played and you probably did not learn the ethics of the architecture profession.

I have a 50ft by 50ft land. The land is small no doubt but I want to build a simple 4 bedroom duplex and still have parking space for two cars. Please DM if interested.
