please amending your thinking,no citizen of any colored country is either chain or handcuffed for immigration related offences talk more of both chaining and handcuffing, slave minded people like to back the colored until it is done to them.if you wish to turn somebody back, you simply collect his passport hand it over to the flight attendant and then put him back on the plane. claremont: If I was going to spend lots of hours in the air aboard a flight to Lagos, I wouldn't want to ride in same plane with someone who was in chains. I will be worried about the safety of everyone not just me. If he was violent and aggressive. That wasn't the plane for him. Did the airline consider the feelings of other passengers before restraining and subjecting him to that condition. If Shekau was in a plane chained, would you like to board that plane? If a Brit or German is being deported from Abuja to London or Munich and in chains like that, what do you think would be the reactions of fellow European passengers on board? 7 Likes 1 Share |

Lanretoye: Do you know what a criminal offence is? If i board a plane to the US without Visa, am i a criminal? If i ask USA for assylum, does that stop me from being a criminal. If you have no Visa, you are kept there and put on a next plane back to Nigeria. You are not chained or treated like a criminal you are not. In this case he claims he lost his documents, what ever is the case, he didnt steal, rob, rape, or illegally crossed the border or attempt to illegally cross. He didnt sneak through a luggage or from the undercarriage of a plane but came through the doors with no documents. He is not a criminal and must not be chained. Pls watch the video or find the definition of a criminal. If someone finds his way to your door without any reason to be there, it still not trespassing until he passes into your property without permission then it becomes trespassing. Same thing here. 4 Likes |

blasterman: I don't know how people can draw any positives from the unruly behaviour of these individuals. All that was achieved with the screams and hyperactivity was delaying the inevitable. The guy will still be deported; probably exactly as was intended, just on a different flight. In the end, the confrontations and aggressive charges would have amounted to naught. If you guys really want to vent your anger in unity, then you will do well to target the politicians who call the shots in Abuja. those are the people solely responsible for whatever perceived disrespect you experience abroad. Instead, you're patting yourselves on the back for bullying people who actually treat you with significantly more respect than your average Nigerian security operative. The behaviour of these group of Nigerians was inexcusably stupid. Should those videos make it to CNN and BBC as they so incessantly threatened, then it would be to ridicule their ignominy, not to extol their virtues, because they hardly exuded any virtues worthy of extolling. 4 Likes |

If we can stand united, cruel deportation will cease. Remember how Belgian immigration officers murderd a young nja vwoman at the airport in the 90s when they stuffed her nose with a pillow? If no document and been of good behavior working and paid taxes, grant five years stay thereafter permanent. After all ther forefathers did not enter Europe with visa. |

claremont: No country deports a convicted criminal. This point of yours is dead on arrival. You convict someone in your country you send him to your own jail. A convicted criminal to be transfered to prison in Nigeria would be a different case and will certainly not be transported in a commercial plane as such. 5 Likes |

Nigerian police and army do worse Worse happens in kirikiri. Where is the outrage Because these white people have gone bonkers. Would you try that here in Nigeria? Of course you know soldiers will finish you with koboko. Btw, what did the guy do? I believe these people followed their law by chaining the guy because they know that they might get in real trouble if they overstepped their bounds in the discharge of their duties. redcliff: Only animals disobey the law. By disobeying the law you are showing yourself to be either senseless or wicked. So, however they chain him. Their country, their rules. Get used to it or get out. Funny enough, our people don't try pull this sort of stunt in arab countries. |

AgentOfAllah: It will also embarass the country which deports non criminals like convicted rapist and murderers. If Nigeria were a sane country, it will be embarassed that its citizen were given that treatment. Imagine an American showing up at entry point to Nigeria without papers. He not only gets deported but chained up like he was caught with Ivory. Imagine the diplomatic thunderstorm. Even Buhari will have to apologise to Americans. We never get such treatment cause our country does not care and we normally dont care too. 7 Likes 1 Share |

Brownbarbie97: But how many of you spoke against the way that Kemi woman was brought to court in prison uniform and chained like a common criminal for a defamation/libel case? The hypocrisy of Nigerians is resounding. |
Re: Nigerians Aboard A Dutch KLM Flight Stop The Deportation Of A Fellow Nigerian by naijaboiy: 3:26pm On Apr 10, 2017 |
TheLordIsGr8:No! That's not the point. The point is we shouldn't give a Fück about what the white man wants to think of us. We are not out there to impress them. Whatever we do should be for the progress of our own country and not to score points with the white man. The actions of our fellow citizens on that plane may be uncivil but it doesn't mean we should be scared or bothered about what the white men would think. They also have their own faults and they're not saints either. Why don't they bother about getting into our own "black book". Restructure your thoughts sir! 5 Likes |
