nwakibie3:Why do I feel we are both referring to different reports? Except we are both reading different reports, I'm not sure I understand your comment. The attorney general already sent a letter saying the so called missing funds ain't missing any more. Oh yes, the ICPC lawyer may have claimed that it wasn't the letter from the attorney general's office that INSTRUCTED them to withdraw the case, but what case exactly would they be prosecuting the man for if the attorney general has already said nothing is missing? An Abuja High Court sitting at Apo, on Tuesday, struck out six-count charge the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission, ICPC, preferred against former Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Elder Godsday Orubebe over his alleged complicity in a N1.97billion contract fraud. |

TheFreeOne:Hater mumu it is an allegation that they pleaded not guilty to,does everyone that gets charged in a court of competent jurisdiction get convicted?. The rule of law has taken it's course,it is quite obvious the judiciary is independent. Blame your useless journalist who cover no news for null and void heads like yourself and family, What does the presidency have to do with the judiciary?ignorant dog. |

fuckyoumhen:It is obvious you are an hate filled, easily misinformed rabble rouser for if you ain't , you wont talk about stuffs like the mono rail you know nothing about apart from repeating the nonsense being spewed by that cop killer in Rivers. Not even Gej with all the national wealth in Africa most influential nation at his clueless disposal which took him about 6 years to squander can match Amaechi - a true son of South South and Nigeria. |

Babacele:kikikiki, the monorail scam is not a secret nah. its opened for everyone to see. don't forget that the idiot amaechi took Jonathan administration to court when GEJ refused to share excess crude money with the governors back then & the governors forum won the case due to the fact that GEJ respect rule of law unlike certificate less Buhari(your personal god) |

fuckyoumhen:I ,and all sane folks anywhere, would prefer a Buhari whose records you rogues stole from his military file and despite una shameless perfidy you couldn't stop from defeating the clueless fake Oluwole PhD Gej who couldn't manage the 52% allocation that accrues to him but wanted a far intelligent and better manager Amaechi and other 35 governors to come submit their 35% to his nponzi Iweala inspired conduit of a sovereign national nonsense.....mtchew! |

Babacele:laffin xo hard @ur fuulishness. nobody stole Buhari record because he has no good record. Okonjo Iweala is a respected economist & well known across the globe. Your Buhari qualification & level of reasoning is not up to 5% out of 100% of that of Okonjo Iweala. Google 'Okonjo Iweala' & 'Muhammadu Buhari', the juxtapose their qualifications for you to have clear knowledge. Have you ever asked yourself why Nigeria slump into recession during his military regime in the 80s. Boy, U sabi no history at all |

Babacele: The AGF is the Chief Law officer of the state with power to discontinue any matter before any court at any point before final judgment. No one including the EFCC has the right to appeal that decision by the AGF. The EFCC cannot also file fresh charges on the same matter once it has been discontinued by the AGF, it is by his authority that they prosecute cases in the first place. |

fuckyoumhen:I know many of you are sad that Cambridge confirmed that Buhari has result www.premiumtimesng.com/news/headlines/175777-cambridge-university-provides-details-buharis-wasc-results.html. nponzi Iweala who in 2014 foretold of an economic recession as a consequence of her economic witchery where gains from oil boom were easily turned to doom by submitting such gains to theives, cheats and saboteurs is an awesome economist without character indeed. Didn't PDP conducted opinion poll shows that 85% of Nigerians never regretted driving away the clueless team which your ponzi economist on paper was part of? unlike the Iweala under Obj. Each time PDP and its predecessor NPN rape this country, it is Dr Buhari that we most often turn to to treat us....ask your elders if you don't know n stop peddling falsehood because it fits into some stewpid narratives and unfounded hate filled urban legends. |
