All the 3 things you cited look fine to me , wonder where the problem could come from . Check if the POF is above the required limit . If the require for you is say 15000 put 17000 . If this is not the problem you can withdraw the application and start allover again. @boldinc @vcole @40manlappy @erhnie pls contribute

You are not supposed to send transcript directly,however,if you believe you can make the transcript look as if it came directly from your school,you should be fine. For example,if you already have sealed transcript and you simply want to use a fast courier to send it instead of allowing your school who may use ordinary post.

The transcript has to be sent to their physical address (for WES, I don't know about IQAS)

I am a graduate of French and a post graduate student of French. I think French is easier for me because I speak it everyday. I work with it as well. I did IELTS once and I knew French is a better option for me. There are 4 papers - Reading , Speaking, Writing and Listening. If you are not so good in French, please English should be your 1st language. French exam is tough, very tough but I knew I would be better in it than in English. In fact, my English is not so good, I must confess. You can learn French, write the exam and get some points for your EE.

No school will pay for the courier on your behalf,they would have charged you for it when applying for the transcript. But, this still depend on your school.

Hello. I really think you need to take a deep breath, calm down and read at least some few pages of this thread to get a good grip of what to do. If per chance you cannot do that, then I suggest you really get a good agent to do the worrying for you.

Please I am currently in the Post ITA phase and I have a couple of questions.

1. I am the principal applicant and I just realized that I have to upload employment records for my husband i.e reference letters etc. Should I move his work history to personal history since we did not get any points from his work history because getting reference letter for him will be tedious

2. I have multiple for my Police clearance certificate. I was in the US for 4 months for child birth and other vacations for 1 week -3 weeks. Should I submit PCC for just Nigeria?

3. Please should I scan all visa and stamp pages for old passports or current passport only

I just started d whole thing. Just paid for WES and have 3 transcripts to send. One left d country last week, already paid for others but they are yet to leave d school. I sat for IELTS 3 weeks ago and d results came out last friday. As a 'jambito', with LSRW-7.5,7,7,7 result, I was thinking dat m score wasn't bad until I saw peeps here blasting d exam. Now my question is dis: Is it compulsory for my wife to also do IELTS and WES/certificate evaluation? I intend to submit my application as soon as I get my WES evaluation certificate without any plan to make my wife write IELTS

I think u wld get ITA in the next draw. That 1500cad should be for ur fws processing fees.

Yes PNPs are issued seperately , however for most you have to be in the pool . Qubec a french speaking province doesn't need you to be in the EE pool . The only province giving nominations now is Ontario and you need 400 points and above .When other provinces start people will post it here . Also check out Superchi posts , he got nominations from one province although he's no longer active. Put superchi on the search button and all his post wil show .

@bigbroda....i will try to answer ur questions

1. It is not compulsory for ur spouse to write ielts or get ECA. But u must be able to score 431 (based on last draw) on ur own. However, if u intend getting points for her degrees then u need ECA. Same goes for language ability (ielts).

2. Answer is no. However, if u do succeed and get to Canada and she intends to work, then she will need to do ECA.

3. I suggest you wait til u get ur ECA report before the completing ur cic profile, otherwise u will get 'ineligible' at the end.

I recall when i filled the OINP for a friend, we had 14 days to complete it. Although some people said it's 45 days, i strongly believe it is 14. Below is the information gotten from the OINP website -

Re: Deadline for Submitting Online Applications through the OINP e-Filing Portal

In order to be responsive to unprecedented application-volume demand on the system, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) has revised the deadline from seven to 14 calendar days to submit applications through the e-Filing Portal for the following streams:

International Masters Graduate Stream
International PhD Graduate Stream
Ontario’s Express Entry Human Capital Priorities Stream
Once you successfully register a profile under any of the above streams through the OINP e Filing Portal, you now have 14 calendar days to complete your application. ‎We are making every effort to ensure we have the technical capacity to meet volume demands and we will continue to monitor the system 24 hours a day, to address any issues.

So, only you can make the decision on whether to go ahead with the OINP or wait for the EE CRS score to drop.

Hi caon... I see someone has responded. No it's not a separate entry. It's through the EE pool but you must have up to 400 to qualify.
I don't know much about it but will read up and ask questions if need be.
