They are highly discriminated,when my sister started with her OND in 2008, her salary was 40k. Now in 2017,after all the numerous promotions she has had, her salary is 125k.

This is not true. UBA pays entry level 142,000 naira per month. Infact, a lot of staff were even promoted this month
