Don't know about that, but I feel its from this list that the discharge certificate would be written at the end of the program. So to avoid names irregularities just go correct it, the Earlier the better, Tuesday is 18th while deadline is 19th for uploading of corrected list

I believe every institution placed the list of nysc mobilization, this list is to help the students crosscheck their names to know whether it is spelt correctly, if ur name wasn't spelt correctly, you'll go and tell the person in charge to correct ur name. I believe that list is also called correction list.

In addition to what Davidtolu wrote, In a situation where you've exhausted those options and there's still no solution in sight, or where you get to your sch and they tell you they cannot do anything because your name is not on the correction list, then just go swear an affidavit.
