*The Longest Five Minutes...*

Perhaps the longest five minutes of your life will be the five minutes when your soul will be extracted by the Angel of Death. Your entire life will play like a movie flashing before your eyes.

* Perhaps in those five minutes , you will realise what the real purpose of your living was & and how you wasted it chasing the wrong things.

* Perhaps in those five minutes , you will really realise why اللّه Subhana Ta'ala gave you life.

* Perhaps in those five minutes you will remember all the times you missed your salaah because you were just plain lazy or busy doing other things.

* Perhaps in those five minutes you will know for certain if you lived for اللّه Subhana Ta'ala or yourself.

* Perhaps in those five minutes you will regret every moment you spent away from اللّه Subhana Ta'ala.

* Perhaps in those five minutes you will realise you can't turn back or have another chance.

* Perhaps in those five minutes none of those things of the world that you loved doing will matter.

* Perhaps in those five minutes you will be crying tears of blood regretting the sinful choices you made.

Perhaps it will be the longest five minutes of your life...

but...

you have an opportunity to change it now.

* Take five minutes to ponder about your life.

* Take five minutes to renew your intention to live your life pleasing اللّه Subhana Ta'ala and to walk in the footsteps of His beloved Rasool sallallaahu alayhi wasallam.

* Take five minutes to make istighfaar and sincerely repent.

* Take five minutes to note down all your broken relationships and then go about mending it. A simple, heartfelt 'sorry' is all that is needed.

*Take five minutes to tell your family and friends you love them and what they mean to you.

Do it now! Because five minutes later could be five minutes too late!

May Allah enable us to do self apraisal now and always
