A Nigerian man, Emmanuel Ayoola, has taken to Facebook to mourn his 19-year-old girlfriend, Kika Onyibe, who is also law student of the Birmingham University, U.K. It was gathered that Kika died, after a surgery for a ruptured appendix in Lagos.

According to him, Kika died as a result of complications from the surgery. Here's what he wrote;

I wondered too.Maybe she is not registered with the NHS.Their system also delays you seeing a specialist.

But, wouldn't a student get free healthcare, and if it isn't a life threatening operation, she could have waited.
I don't understand how anyone thinks that they will get better treatment in Nigeria

She obviously didn't go see a doc in the UK if she thought it was an infection, while it was really a rupture appendix

For the appendix to rupture,she must have been feeling the pain for some time and didn't see a doctor.Sadly,she takes part of the blame.
