did you use a customized email or gmail when contacting them? I tried doing outbound marketing with both and the response rate has been poor. I have had sales with listings but never made one with outbound.

Was trying to list a domain Mature Heart dot com on Afternic and the response I got is that the domain is already listed on the site [ see attached screenshot].

I have access to the domain on the registrar's site and I can't recall adding it to my list neither is it appearing on my listed domains.

What do you advise I do?

The previous owner has not deleted it from listing. So just contact customer care and tell demand you are the new owner which can be confirmed from whois
