They have divisions. Like the medical Corp, Education Corp bla bla bla. And each Corp has it's own commanding officers. So I will be applying as a civilian teacher. I think the application goes through the division you are located. As I am in Ebonyi, I will apply under 82 Div in Enugu, that's the headquarters
