I am having problem trying to program, I tried learning phyton since java is a little bit difficult. Despite the zeal to learn it, am still confused, tried watching videos and even read about it in some books. yet to no avail

start with PHP it is much easier than those 2 you mention .

Python is awesome... And very easy to learn... And a more productive programming language.

Tell me your challenges learning Python?

I'll implore you to learn visual basic at first. Its a GUI programming language. You get to see how you codes work.
Then learn the basics ( variables, loops, conditional statements etc)
Take more time to write codes at leisure .
Develop more GUI programs. From simple calculator to web browser bots etc
The more time you spend writing codes for Ur project the better you'll become.
Lastly l, join forums, share and learn from others.

anxiousness will come wilth fear and fear paralysed someone ability to do things he his capable of doing as its going to affect your mind, your thought and make them impotent.

It does happen to me at times especially when I want create something which have never done before ( subconcious), I wont be able figure it out but when I get conscious about it, all I do is relax and tell myself to take it easy with myself and always assuming am not doing it for money but just knowing sake. Whenever I do that, I take off the burden from my shoulder.

Beginners learning curse, Learning is your problem, not how to code.
If you are learning by video or books, stick to a book/video, take time to watch/read it in sequence, type the code out religiously (this will help memorise the code line for line and understand the sequence of operation and even makE possible mistakes along the way), then you can proceed to solving little problems along the way, then keep learning new tricks and sharpening your programming claw
