Would I Be Under Arrest , If I Dress In Men's Clothes At Lagos Airport? by whywhyogun: 12:17pm On Apr 20, 2017 |
I know Nigeria is a homophobic country, and gay men would probably get punished if they dress like a drag queen in public . I have been to Lagos airport more than 50 times, including checking in or out, or picking up my colleagues. every time I passed that shabby lobby , I wondered, what if I dressed like a man? I am a woman, with typical female features, which means, I have big boobs, and butts, although I am not a black person. it is nearly impossible for me to pass for a man, no matter how hard I masquerade myself. is it an offense , if a woman , a foreign one, dresses herself like a man, to you guys ? Lagos airport is an international zone, will it be under Nigerian jurisdiction ? will Nigerian laws be applied to a foreigner lady? what if these black boys , which are called Nigerian policemen, apprehend me ? what is going on next ? |

MhizTenderly: there are so many , even in Naraland, you may find dozens of gay men, drag queens too. I guess, the only way for black gay to assert their gay rights is to dress like a woman. as to white gay men, they have more ways to do. |

MhizTenderly: see, how easy you guys relate any person who says something about gay to be a gay. how sensitive you are, why ? why are you , black people, so sensitive about gay stuff? are you afraid that, you are gay too, after all ? |
