If ERROR IN COMPLETING PROCESS is the message, then it is most likely network issue.

But, if it is saying something like the login details you entered are NOT correct, and you have not reached the stage where it asks for fingerprints, and you feel the login details you entered are correct, BELOW IS YOUR SOLUTION:

Don't worry, go back on your inbox, click the same link that was sent to you, use COMPUTER/LAPTOP and repeat the process again.
NB: stage 2 is complete if you can get to the point where it asks for fingerprints. Else, you will have to start from email link again

Most people that tried using phone at that stage 2 had the same problem.

I have been using a laptop not phone. I guess the issue is from the website. The congestion is crazy.

nope i schooled at nasarawa,my place of birth is osun,i didnt also fill as state visited.. i think d state is no more a option.just saying..actually ppl dat reg after me was unable to choose
