I have personally been buying stuff from Chinese stores for the past 2 years without problem.
From geekbuying to gearbest to aliexpress, I have never had any negative experience.
The tablet I bought from geekbuying 2 years ago is still working fine. The Mifi device I bought 8 months ago from gearbest is still working fine. The phone I bought this year from aliexpress is still working fine.
There may be people who had issues but they are few.

The thing is, I look at value. If I feel a product has value, I go for it. Forget name. Utility first.

Shopping on stores like aliexpress is not for those with trust issues. You have to trust the seller before you can pay for your item and then wait for it to arrive.
Anybody wey nor get liver to shop on Chinese stores where you have to pay upfront and wait, should just stick to jumia and konga instead of discouraging people and trying to persuade them to be like him/her.

But we have seen scenarios where a laptop of 89k in the Uk goes for 140k here.

Infact, if you look closely, you will find that that of UK has more quality sef.

Tecno imports, they have staffs here that they must pay, they Advertise greatly. Dollars increase with nearly 200%
