You can confirm your payment status by clicking on payment status on the portal (insert your email address). It's a minor network issue, no need to pay twice.

But the fingerprint page didn't appear. I tried re-logging several times to mo avail. It showed the bio data page. I had to continue the registration. Now I've completed it but yet to do biometric capturing. I don't know what to do.

Mine: I paid, got a mail confirming the success of the transaction. I proceeded to check my payment status and it shows 'payment pending'.

My brother: He paid, too, got a mail saying "transaction failed'. However, not wanting to pay twice, he, too, proceeded to check his payment status, following the same procedure, and he saw 'payment pending'.

Hence, we are both seeing 'pending payment' on our payment status but got different responses in our mails. One, 'transaction was successful; the other, transaction failed.
