Did the 'others' that contributed have their interview before making the contributions?? Everyone shared ideas based on the previous interviews they've had or the information they got. It was like a discussion class for people preparing for an exam!

If you read his comment well you wouldn't have restricted others contribution to interview. People wrote the test and gave heads up on the question structure, I.D card issues and general overview of the exam. Actually contributions began from the day someone opened this trend.
Presently we don't even have an idea of
1. How long the interview lasts
2. How many panel members
3. Is the interview ran one at a time
4. Checks and all
5. Do they keep to time
6. Question structure et al.

Amongst those who wouldn't succeed in this process its those who decided to hoard ideas and suggestions as if their success depended on it that would feel most miserable and disappointed, while does who shared would feel "God has their best in stock and that their genuine good deeds can not go unrewarded"

There is no laid down format with regards the questions. It depends on your panelist but basically know yourself and know the company. The time frame is about 15mins but could vary depending on your panelist. Good luck
