Henceforth, Europa should be our number one priority. Liverpool has only 5 matches remaining and ain't playing the top 7. Best chance is to topple City, but we currently have the hardest EPL fixture list.

I get you- we have so much going against us at the moment (injuries, congested fixture, etc), but we have a deep squad. The defense is in a worrisome state at the moment but we'll only have to endure for a few games. One of Jones or Smalling will be back before the Tottenham game. I even heard Mourinho mention yesterday night that Tuanzebe could be called on to fill the space left by Rojo.

Mou only needs to rotate the squad and if everyone does their jobs the right way we'll be safe and good.

I am possibly Lingard's greatest defender here. I have followed him closely ever since his days with Pogba, Morrison , the Keanes in the youth team and though he was possibly the least talented of the lot he was the first to make it in the senior team before Pogba came back. What Lingard has most is work rate/ fighting spirit with movement. He is also quite intelligent and a good student of the game but in terms of talent he has nearly maxed out on that. Martial is way way more talented and it is an indictment on Martial that Lingard is keeping him from the first team.

Abeg, don't misunderstand me. I've never wanted Zlatan to be injured IN THIS SEASON. if I did it was out of anger in that particular match. I've also never said Rashford should lead our striking force.

All I said was that Mourinho should try a 3-5-2 formation or something, aimed at giving Rashford more chance at his favorite striking position.

I also said I wanted Ibra to leave or get injured AFTER THE SEASON DURING THE HOLIDAYS. I can never wish Ibra injury this season when we need him the most. In short, I'm very devasted with this news. This news hurts me badly. I want him fit but gone next season. That's all.

It hurts though, but it seems it's a blessing in disguise for Rashford - to step up and make the striking Role his permanently and convincingly!
