With 40, u can get Xiaomi redmi 4x (2gb ram, 16gb rom) if u add 5k, you can get Xiaomi redmi 4x pro (3gb ram, 32gb rom(better deal)). If you wanna spend more, let's say 150 usd, I will advise u to add 6 usd to get redmi note 4x. You can't go wrong with the redmi note 4x and the redmi 4 pro. But the preferred choice here is redmi note 4x. Why? A very good chipset, battery is faulty (because e no dey gree die ) and camera won't disappoint too.
