Since EFE is now a national celebrity, obviously someone will take pictures and in the age of social media those pictures must find their way onto the internet.

It doesn't take anything away from the good deed he has done. Those children still have those food items.
If he hadn't gone, nobody will beat him.
Meanwhile you are there a faceless dummy on the internet using your eyes to calculate the amount of money he has used in purchasing those items. GROW UP
