Hi Guys,

Does anyone know which of the banks out there still do PTA transactions? Would also like to know if GTBank still does it. I tried calling their GTconnect now, but no joy, the IVR is just repeating all agents are busy.

I contacted Access Bank early this week, they told me its available in any of their branches. You can check

I would visit them on Monday. Apparently, GTBank had stopped the service few months ago. Any other banks out there people, aside from Access Bank?

The PTA has always been on, if not for the dollar scarcity recitation we just got over. Banks only use the official rate to buy you dollars from your account. So, it's money from your account. You only have to provide them evidence that you are really traveling. So you aren't paying back wink
