Nairalanders, as I type this I'm in serious pain from a very severe toothache..

This ache just started mildly yesterday and I thought it was just one of those occasional swollen gum that I do usually have and I use salt water with diclofenac.. But this morning, I woke up to a very severe toothache which I've been battling since morning( I haven't tasted any meal since morning) and even swallowing water is a problem...It is the last tooth in my left set of teeth just above my jaws

I have used paracetamol, alabukun, salt water, LDC solution all to no avail..

Guys please I need any drug or solution that can just take this pain away please even if it is temporarily..

Awwwww . I don't want to even imagine the pain u are going through right now , I have been there. .. go to the chemist and buy ampiclox bicham with a strong pain reliever..v

the dentist will tell u what to do... He might even give u anaesthetic..

Not gotten any particular solution but . What I use anytime I feel any slightest pain is what I gave u above. A single dose is sold for #80 or #100 depending on your location. Buy two doses , take one now and the second later on. Don't expect the pain to quell immediately

Your problem can be solved for less than #50, locate those women selling chewing stick, demand for PAKO ATA or IRIN ATA, it's yellowish nd peppery when chewed.
Use morning nd night but in the night chew part of it and leave the pieces on that part of your teeth paining your nd sleep wt it. Do it like that for like three days and any germs in your teeth would be dead and healing process commences ,within a week d aches will be history

Guys, I just used a bright torch to check inside my mouth and I discovered that the particular tooth has some dark spots on it... A chemist adviced I used a strong antibiotics and ibruprofen...

Should I??

UPDATE: Thanks for all the suggestion, good people.. I have used ibuprofen and it seems to have relieved me a lil bit...
