Please I want o know oh! I came for vacation in December and got PCC, and then returned to Saudi (country or residence), also got Saudi PCC and submitted.

Now some peeps on CV forum are saying it is not valid because I was in the country while I got PCC while some others are saying it doesn't matter. I checked cic website and you know how them be, it's not straightforward.

So I am advised by some that since I am in Saudi now, I should quickly get a new PCC sent from naija. Abeg guys is there anyone applying from outside naija that did same like me. What's the update. I dread rejection.

Lastly @emiye my spouse called the children consultant hospital and they asked if she had upfront medical form. Did your wife go with similar stuff or with ur ITA only.

She's a Canadian Citizen, works in their Federal Ministry of Defense as a Secretary. Getting a job in Canada from Nigeria is highly unlikely, I suggest you work with the other parameters to get an high CRS score. However if she will do it for free I guess you can go ahead

Thanks for your response. As per paying her, she said, money is secondary to her, that she only want to help me come to Canada. She have decided to file the Express form for me, I just scanned it to her. In her words as regards the "Use of Representative" form. she said " It will make everything easier for the both of us... If not, the Government won't give me any info regarding your personal file, and I won't be able to go very far in the process to help you out..."

I read of an Indian they rejected for same exact scenario. Dunno if it applies to other countries. The catch is to get PCC after the last day stayed in a non residential country.

Then again, someone I know came to Naija from the UK and got her PCC before travelling back to the UK and is now a PR.

These things can be dependent on the VO reviewing one's file.

If you have reentered Nigeria after December, you need to get a new one ( if you have not uploaded the old one)

However, if you have uploaded the old one, to be at peace with your self and for fear of rejection, why not request for another one, and upload it.

I am not used to the new system, but when it was paper application, they could request for a new PCC.

Gurus, is it okay to fix the POF. I'm planning on fixing it as soon as I get it, make woman no go rub my head make iPhone 7 drop sharply. So for POF I wanna upload gift deed+proof of transfer+FD Certificate+bank ref letter+6months statement+affidavit from donor. Hope this is ok, or I shouldn't bother fixing it? Any advice will be appreciated.

P.S My neighbour already wearing skimpy things, I'm scared.

Is she registered ? I think CIC has list of registered agents.
Also the Job thing is that what will get you points?
if you truly qualify on points, you do not need any agent o o o

if your scores are too low like 390 and the agent is promising you jobs then thats another story

My advice, leave her out of your application and do it yourself. You can leave her to help find you a job, you don't need a job yet to get ur PR. Tell her you'll handle ur appl urself and you can consult her anytime u need any form of help although all the info and help u need is here already. Just my advice, you can choose to go ahead with ur plans.

Nw I wasn't expecting it cos she didn't assure me she would do so nd when i called she said she was borrowing me for my pof.

I haven't received ITA yet. Bt I'm already thinking.... when i eventually do, where would i say i got #5m frm? Although the name of the sender was ***** marina trust Ltd bt i dnt av evidence that i did any investment with them or that i have any trust fund with them.

What do i do pls?

From the top of my head, She is ur child whether u were married then or not as long as you have her birth certificate to show for it as well as other evidences like her naming picture, family picture you all took together at some point. An LOE would do, main thing is the birth certificate of three of you involved.
She's not ur adopted child but your biological child and you just have to demonstrate that tie. That's all

....should he be mindful of the FD tenure? E.g. He fixes the funds for 1 year...& CIC states that the whole PR process is 6 months max. Just thinking out loud here...may or may-not matter.
