The Punch reporter, Lekan Adetayo who was expelled by President Buhari's CSO over a "Fresh Anxiety in Aso Rock over Buhari's health" report has been recalled.

President Buhari's special adviser, Garba Shehu said the director-general of the Department of state services, Lawal Daura gave the order for Mr. Lekan to be recalled back to the presidential villa.

He stated that the media office would resolve the issues.

"We just got a clearance from Malam Lawal Daura, the DG SSS to recall Lekan to the Villa".

"The Special Adviser on Media, Femi Adesina and I will resolve the issues".

"Lekan should be assured that he is safe. We will straighten out everything" Shehu tweeted.

At this moment,i dont blame babachir for that statement... Are we going back to days of indirect parliamentary system of govt where the president is just a figure head and some cabals working as the prime minister? I weep for this nation

See how Buhari's Hausa brothers are so disconnected from their own govt.

They don't even know that the Tinubu's South West faction has been using this same PUNCH, Nations, SaharaReporters and others to heavily support their brother's govt.

If PUNCH in particular were still putting those screaming sensational headlines we saw during GEJ's tenure, Buhari's govt would have long been on its knees'

Why wud u recall the reporter and still leave that nincompoop of a CSO in his office?
The CSO shud be redeployed to the gate of DSS Shingisha office cos that's where he belongs.
Just with this singular action of his,d CSO has reversed all the gains the cattle rearer's disappointing presidency got from the suspension of SGF Babachir Lawal and NIA DG Oke.
It may take some months for PMB's failing and utterly disappointing presidency to recover from the damage this CSO has wrought because another foolish Lawal or Oke may not be found to suspend to prop up PMB'S presidency when he continues on his part of self destruct.
