GSS... Graduate Specialist Scheme
For individuals with some experience in a specific field who wld be further trained for 18 months.

Management Trainee
No experience... Come and be trained for 2 years after which successful participants become Assistant Managers.

It is said (gossip mill) that after the training mgt trainees are higher ranked l than the gss
