They always come back begging to Uncle Sam at the end.

Saddam Hussein case is different.

Operation desert storm (as it was called) was a war fought by ALLIED FORCES against one country that had previously been "economically and militarily" crippled by sanctions for well over a decade.

But here and now we are talking about ONE-ON-ONE, no pretence of fighting terrorism, no excuse of liberating oppressed women.

It will be a battle of superiority not a war of engaging "gullible unsuspecting Islamic militant" for proxy dirty ground work.

Brother wake up from that slumber. If you think America still has that power then you are not current. Bombing helpless countries is just mare bullying to show they are still holding their game tight. China amongst many countries has more weapon of destruction and number to humble America. It is because it is no longer 1940s that you should worry for North korea. The US is now a very different beast.
In the 1940s, Nuclear strike was the very last resort. Now the US has conventional munitions that has the same devastation as a Nuclear strike but without the radiation.
Imagine 20 ''Mother of all Bombs'' landing on North-korea. That is game over. And the scary thing is the North koreans will never see it coming till it is too late.
