strategy and fire power is what leads to victory. russia wont dare go out against america. reason being that, russia knows usa is powerful, knowing how capable they are in causing destruction, russia wouldnt go on a head on collision with usa. usa also knows that russia is powerful and wouldnt want to confront russia directly for fear of retarliation. they may disagree on some things but going to war wont be in their best interest.
