Since they are charity based, most of them are tax exempt. Thats why normal businesses get overtaxed. correct me if am wrong but that's bad policy to me. How can you receive KES 50,000,000 in donations and only about 10% of it is actually used in social work, the rest is used to fund barriers to their activities, like local leaders resisting them and civil servants helping them with tax fraud, the whole system is corrupt. Those guys are fraudsters !
