mr Miserable lot, I think EFCC should do their job the right way. After doing damages to people property, they leave their victims to do the repaire, even when they find no evidence. For your info, I am a fan of EFCC. I no be politician abeg.

I agree with the fact that EFCC should be methodical in their approach towards dealing with corrupt Nigerians. Get a proper court order served to conduct search and do it in a professional manner that culpable people won't have any excuse that relates to victimization or I belong to this party or that balderdash.

it's quite simple actually, which sane person will hide money in a septic tank How do you get to the septic tank and remove the money without breaking it?? The birds have learnt to fly without perching so hunters are learning to shoot without missing..... Let's not kid ourselves, our judiciary is fraught with every kind of corruption, before you even get a warrant, the process can drag on for ages. Again, we are assuming efcc act without warrants. What if they searched with warrants? My opinion is my opinion anyway.... Emancipate yourself, I can't do it for you

Sir, there's limit to one's constitutional right. You need get that right. And for anyone suspected of grievous charges like corruption in Nigeria has limited rights. To my own understanding, efcc breaking into these thieves house should not be subjected to any form of breaching law.

Statements like these embolden EFCC to infringe on people's rights.
Look I'm for an active and independent EFCC, but won't tolerate infringements of my fundamental rights. Breaking into people's homes, pulling down doors and windows is barbaric, there are better ways to go about their search than that? People should be treated with respect and the dignity of any accused should be respected

Who's going to repair the damages they cause?
