I renewed my 10gb plan and got the reply that I got 5gb instead of the usual 10gb, but when I checked my balance I had 10gb.

From what i'm reading the issue of reduced data plan is not TRUE i think you would still enjoy the same volumes when you have continuous subscription because of you look at there website these are the major points

A. New Customers would get Double Volume
B. All Existing Customers who will have continuous subscription of data plans would also continue to enjoy the Double Volume.
C. There would be a grace period of 72 hours to still enjoy the benefits of continuous subscription.
D. Customers who fail to renew their data plans within 72 hours of the Expiry of their Data Plans would get HALF the Data Volume.
E.The Benefits of continuous subscription would give volume advantage


DON'T LET YOUR PLAN EXPIRE AND THE HUGE DATA VOLUME IS MAINTAINED AND NOT GOING ANYWHERE

sorry for replying u late, I was busy. now back to the topic I just checked my balance now again... abracadabra. .. it has changed to 10gig as against 5gig in the morning I subscribed.

Exactly, I will abandon their sim and continue using my airtel sim. The only reason I still manage their network is Because of their Data Volume. They mess up most of the time when it comes to speed.

Thanks. That's not a problem then if the OLD BUNDLE still stands as long as one's bundle doesn't expire. That's another motivation for customers. My data doesnt expire so, nothing's changed.
