if they want it online, they should pay 3k, if they plan on getting it from their uni there is no need for it

That's a minor issue or rather he need not to worry about it.

What a moniker,African101,I like it,back to your question,bro,once you're with your certificate, you don't need your school ID card again as most or virtually all school collect the ID card when they issue out certificate.
Nevertheless, if you're with SOR,your ID card is a necessity.

I don't think it can be done on your dashboard but better still you can visit any nysc official outlet or you wait till when you get to camp and it will be done in the ICT centre

Off course wat u are tinking is true, when you pay d 3k you print d exemption letter online, if u don't pay, it wud b sent to ur school, and u cud collect it there,,,,, I just asked my cousin who collected last year
