Millions of Nigerians and west Africans live in the deserts or semi deserts too but they still do not face starvation.
Diseases spread rapidly in refugee camps and that is why they die there, but all that has ended in Nigeria since the first lady took it upon herself to be in charge of the displaced persons.

Maiduguri, the capital city of Borno state (being ravaged by Boko haram) is still standing strong and the citizens there are going about their normal lives as every other people.
Borno state does not have more than 5 million people and about 2 million of them live in Maiduguri city, how then can 7 million people be starving? That is blatant exaggeration!
