SA should borrow a leaf from the Kenyan government. In the 2009 census the Indians were complaining that the government lied their exact number in the census. The government said they were around 100k but the Hindu council leader launched a complaint saying the Hindu Council of Kenya has over 400k registered members adding to Indians who are Muslims, Sikhs, Bahai means they are many, but since Indians are immigrants, the issue went under the carpet very fast.
