Uber Technologies Inc. is a transportation network company headquartered in San Francisco, California, United States, operating in 570 cities worldwide. It develops, markets and operates the Uber car transportation and food delivery mobile apps.

Uber first came into Nigeria on Aug 25, 2014. They are in two cities in  Nigeria, Lagos and Abuja.

You can become an Uber Nigeria Partner/driver by booking appointment with Uber through their website: www.ubernigeria.com

Scroll down to last page of the website, click on calendar. Then click on Uber Lagos General Support, or Uber Abuja General And Doc Support, then book your appointment with them. Then visit their office.

Mind you, before going there for your appointment, you must have your valid driving license and N2,500 for your screening text exercise, and training.

I know your mind might have fly at hearing of screening text… Lol, relax is not a hard nut to crack or mathematical solving text, No! It is a simply objective text you can easily guess if you are familiar with road signs and so… After two days, congratulation, your result is out.

Note: if you didn’t received result text on your phone either through email or text, just book another appointment with their office, they will use their system to check it for you.

Now, the next step is to go for their free training immediately with them, after which your Uber account will be automatically activated for you. Hurray! you are now registered uber partner/driver .

If you are a partner, you must have a car and it can’t be below 2008 model, very neat, and AC fitted, which must be in very good condition.

If you are a driver, you don’t have a car, Uber will help you find a partner, or you find a partner that have a car.

Another important device you must have is a good smart phone, not all android or iPhone accepts Uber app. Make inquiring through their office to know if your smart phone is fit for the Uber app.

Now to the profit aspect of the business . If you can work hard and be serious with what you do, you can make N20,000 daily, yes you can . Now do the mathematics from Monday to Sunday for one month. N20,000 x 30 = N600,000. don't shout o , including ur expenses...Lol , Isn’t it a mouth-watering job ?

If you are a driver, you can remit N40,000 to N50,000 weekly to your partner depending on your negotiation, after deducting all your expenses including fueling, the remaining money is yours… enjoy!

Note: try and use less fuel consumption car, with easily maintenance e.g Toyota Corolla.

yes is true, you know Nigeria na, they will make a law but they won't follow it. They said is 2008 but they are accepting 2006, 2007.

This is not a Nigerian thing. On their website they wrote 2005 and above.
