Now, if 88% of Nigerians are poor as u claim, where did the people who watch the movie in the cinemas come from? Or do people living below the poverty line have access to cinemas??

They need an alliance with Yorubas etc. Kikuyus right now are in power in kenya coz they joined forces with the Kalenjin. They can't do it alone.

This is the bane of african politics. Ethnic groups ganging up to lock out others in order to loot the little public resources they have, and only the respective elites enjoy. Kenya, Nigeria, Ivory Coast are very guilty of this.
We should all emulate the Tanzanians whose founding father had the foresight and wisdom to see what a futile endeavour this was. They organise their politics around the party manifesto ethnicity has no role.

Fool the same people who says 47% Nigerians not 50% has access to the internet. Why do you choose to believe one stats but not the other. Most Nigerians are poor. Please don't bring Nollywood movies that are shot with cell phone cameras into this conversation.


If you believe that 47% of Nigerians has access to internet that you also believe that only 11% of Nigerians are in the middle class.

Again having access to internet doesn't make one smart, rich or poor.
