BedLam: Ikr..... If we start praising the Government when theres nothing to praise.... How will people know there are places out there that are way better than Nigeria allowing them to be hungry for change.... I personally think Nigeria should be ashamed of herself of at over 50 small countries like Kenya, Ghana, Rwanda, Tanzania have better tourism, electricity, airlines etc than she does..... We keep saying Nigeria is beautiful bla bla black, no one is saying otherwise but no be beauty we wan chop na.... We need substance... Why won't those countries disrespect us when we've given then nothing to be scared of. 8 Likes 1 Share |

dazzlingd: More reason why Nigeria should be ashamed of herself...... All this and we are still stagnant..... Dollar is still 400/1, good education is more expensive than building a mansion..... Let's stop praising what should be condemned 5 Likes |

Pidgin2: Most Nigerians live all their lives without even knowing 10% of their country. All they know is Lagos and Abuja. over 75% of Nigerians don't even know the history of their country. Nigeria is perhaps the most diverse country in Africa and that's where the beauty lies. These Kenyans and half Nigerians in this thread are speaking out of their little knowledge of Nigeria. Nigeria is beyond Lagos and Abuja, you guys should pls be updated about your country and stop disgracing yourselves because at the end it all falls back to you. Let me take you round Nigeria and you will doubt your citizenship. You guys ain't know nothing 2 Likes |

BedLam: Most of those Indians are Kenyans by birth and speak Swahili fluently. Nigerians are perceived to be rich by most black Africans, as a matter of fact the perception is not misplaced. Nigerians are poor because of bad governance which is encouraged by our collective silence of conspiracy. Rather than demand for accountability from our corrupt leaders, we would rather hail them and be satisfied with the crumbs from their tables. Shame! 1 Like |

ccollins: ccollins: You better use your N400,000 to do buying and selling here in Nigeria than wasting it. You're too naive, you want to stay illegally in Kenya, I pity you. Here is what some illegal immigrants go through: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FvpzxULPRes 3 Likes |

cutieme: You have raised some valid points here. During the two weeks I spent in Nairobi, I did not see a single generating set on the streets. Power was steady and security sure. Visit their banks to see how organised they run businesses. Kenyans employ mechanised farming, no wonder they export flowers on a daily basis to Europe. Kenya, even though a small country, is managing it's resources well. Same cannot be said of Nigeria, the big brother of Africa! 5 Likes |

BedLam: who are the we?? you might say of yourself but I tell you most Nigerians know little about their country. Is it in the South where they think all northerners are Hausas and Muslims?? Or where they think the only developed city in Nigeria is Lagos and Abuja?? Every country has their challenges, it's an African thing not just Nigeria. You said it yourself you had to tip off the kenyan police officers $14 otherwise they send you back...Definition of corruption right at the door. You never even enter, dem don show you small colour. Abeg, leave our country, we are not yet there but we shall get there as we work collectively to get things right. no one says you should not appreciate other African countries, but do it without messing ours 2 Likes |

cutieme: Depends on what school you want.... Like for me I was in Daystar university studying nursing but I found out I don't really like nursing so I transfered to African Nazarene to study criminology.... Here in my school, the process Is not long at all, as long as you have good waec result, you get a photocopy, get it stamped at the Nigerian embassy and fill the registration form of 3500 ..... That's all... And for tuition, for undergraduate courses, 3 credit hour unit is 15000ksh and 2 credit hours is 12000ksh.... I'm sure certificate programmes are way cheaper.... What course do you want to do? That way I'll be able to provide more information 1 Like |

BedLam: You created a thread to show the beauty of Kenya, in that same thread stating dirty facts about Nigeria. How ironic? You can in your little way promote the beauty of Nigeria and stop waiting for some leaders to that for you. Start by being the change you want 1 Like |
