Yea!This is what am saying but one moniker pidgin2 abi pigeon would be ranting trash.Lord have mercy on her.You think we are happy the way our country is?mtchewww

And you don't know that you need to contribute your own quota? Why can't you highlight good things about this country so that visitors will be interested, then our aviation industry will boom, there will be jobs for people on tourism and aviation sector only by picking the good things and magnifying them. In your community what have you done to make Nigeria better than how you perceive it to be? Why can't you volunteer to be a vigilante in your area to improve security

Most Nigerians live all their lives without even knowing 10% of their country. All they know is Lagos and Abuja. over 75% of Nigerians don't even know the history of their country.

Nigeria is perhaps the most diverse country in Africa and that's where the beauty lies.
These Kenyans and half Nigerians in this thread are speaking out of their little knowledge of Nigeria.

Nigeria is beyond Lagos and Abuja, you guys should pls be updated about your country and stop disgracing yourselves because at the end it all falls back to you.
Let me take you round Nigeria and you will doubt your citizenship.

You guys ain't know nothing

Madam, I never wanted to join in your argument but this your excuse caught my attention. So you mean Nigeria don't deserve development and we should live like our forefathers? what are you even doing with a phone since we should farm and live like our grandfathers? in this age and time you're openly supporting corruption of our leaders by encouraging subsistence farming just because you're defending your country?

Ancient civilization started in Africa, your fore father's lived better than you are doing now with all your western technology

The big questions most argumentators are failing to ask is, what is the size and population of Nigeria compared to Kenya, Ghana et al.

don't be blind please! More than half of those on my plane where other Africans. Do you remember when Dora Akinyuli was Minister of communications ? She was promoting tourism. Please go and cry to the government. Not me.

Do you know how many people you have gotten to be interested in Kenya, that's your contribution to Kenyan economy, which one have you done for Nigeria your own country? If someone calls you out instead of you to realize your error, you are referring me to late Dora Akunyuli

Do you know Kenya supports students that have above average in secondary school and sponsors their education.. They send them to private universities and cater for their school fees.... Do we have that in Nigeria?

Most Kenyans attend public schools and you would think this schools are actually private..

Do you know that you don't have to be a musician or celebrity to be an ambassador of a brand, just little things get you jobs like that..... A boy got adopted by the Kenyan president just for being very good in solo verse recitation....

All talents are appreciated and rewarded in Kenya....

Nigeria is a beautiful, strong and promised country.... But we need to put our priorities in order cuz if not, we will eventually reach a point where even our forefathers would be said to have been more developed than we are

Ikr..... If we start praising the Government when theres nothing to praise.... How will people know there are places out there that are way better than Nigeria allowing them to be hungry for change.... I personally think Nigeria should be ashamed of herself of at over 50 small countries like Kenya, Ghana, Rwanda, Tanzania have better tourism, electricity, airlines etc than she does..... We keep saying Nigeria is beautiful bla bla black, no one is saying otherwise but no be beauty we wan chop na.... We need substance... Why won't those countries disrespect us when we've given then nothing to be scared of.

How easy is it to get post graduate admission into a Kenyan University, What is the cost like. Can one easily get a part-time job in Kenya. Kindly answers.

madam. It's not my duty to promote our tourism when we have the government. The eyesore called MMIA makes me want to puke. I don't do mediocrity. There's someone taking money for that job and you want me to promote what ? Please stop.

But it's your duty to promote Kenyan tourism? See misplaced priority, tomorrow your type will complain about the economy and no job yet you can't even imagine how a thread like this can contribute to the economy of any country. Do you know how many foreigners are reading this thread or is English no longer a universal language.

Nigerians are the problem of Nigeria.

He lives in Nigeria yet I bet he hasn't visited any of these hotels you mentioned but here he is promoting Kenyan tourism and giving jobs to Kenyans working in their tourism industry as a result of the interest generated by this thread, BedLam, you ought to be ashamed, later people like you will come here and complain of lack of jobs, what have you done to contribute to the job industry in Nigeria but you are here promoting Kenyan tourism, smh

He is just sharing his experience. Any issue with what he did? There is a reason you have a brain however we can't neglect the fact that you could be a juvenile. Mark you I'm a Ugandan.

This is more true in developed country not in Africa. As for the perception of Nigerians not being generally good, i agree but that doesn't still rule out the fact that they still think Nigerians are wealthy. And who said anything about weakness. Take a chill pill.

But the truth is that only Arabs are wealthier than Nigerians. Wealth as in careless money to waste.

Nice thread you got there, but you killed it yourself.
You should be open minded when creating this kind of thread, avoid comparison, and answering questions that compares.

Nigeria is diverse and shouldn't be compared with Kenya. There are over 400 cities with population exceeding 100,000 in Nigeria and over 15 cities with population exceeding 1million.
