From all you listed, Electricity is the basic thing we are lacking, and who dafuk told you we are lacking in water supply?? that the Government doesn't supply every area with water doesn't mean we don't have improvised and substantial means of getting water. Both the Rich, Middle class, and poor are all struck in same competition at one time or the other.
